Essa exposição paralela mostrou um pouco do Quadrinho e Caricatura de países como Franca, Espanha, Serbia, Inglaterra, Italia, Brazil e Africa. Foram 80 trabalhos de 41 artistas neste Festival de Cartuns e Desenhos animados em Seoul, na Coreia do Sul.

O tempo permitiu, e na véspera de voltar ao Brasil de Bucheon, recebi sua gentil visita com catálogos e DVDs do SICAF.
Alem disso, Choi me passou um CD com as fotos do evento:
O CATALOGO
Foi produzido um belo catalogo com quase 300 paginas, infelizmente em baixa tiragem, o que impossibilitou que o SICAF o enviasse a todos os participantes. Mas aqui podemos ver algumas paginas e o destaque da caricatura do ex-ministro da Cultura Gilberto Gil, nas pinceladas do mestre Eduardo Vetillo.
RAFAEL CORREA GANHA EM VOTACAO ON-LINE
Parabens a Stegun, Eduardo Vetillo, Paffaro, Nei Lima, Novaes, Quinho, Santiago, Mano Head e Dalcio, que participaram enviando seus trabalhos e abrilhantando esse festival do outro lado do mundo.

Puchon International Student Animation Festival (PISAF) is organized by PISAF Organizing Committee and authorized by Korean Society of Cartoon and Animation Studies.
PISAF2010 will be held from November 5-9, 2010 in Bucheon, Korea.
The official languages of PISAF2010 are Korean and English. All films must use scripts, narrations and/or subtitles in either language. English language films must attach Post Production Script in English. Non-English language films must be subtitled in English by applicants themselves, at their own expense.
All applicants must have been enrolled in a college, university, or graduate-level institution at the time of production. Computers, films and/or other media in the frame-by-frame method are qualified for submission. The films must have been completed after November 2008, and must not have been submitted to previous PISAF.
